My journey has taught me that growth comes from taking initiative, embracing challenges, and learning through experience.
1. Initiative: Starting ZERO ONE taught me to create opportunities instead of waiting for them.
2. Community: Building a coding culture showed me the power of collaboration and shared learning.
3. Practical Learning: My experiences at DRDO and LinuxWorld taught me the value of applying knowledge to real-world problems.
4. Entrepreneurship: Working on PostureMate helped me understand product development and the challenges of turning ideas into reality.
5. Persistence: My TCS journey taught me that setbacks are not the end; consistent effort can open new doors.
6. Continuous Growth: From competitive programming to professional software development, every phase has strengthened my skills and mindset.
My biggest takeaway is to stay curious, take ownership, and keep moving forward. The right opportunities often come when we take the initiative to create them.
My advice to juniors is to stay curious, remain consistent, and make the most of their college journey.
